New members very welcome
Our Gardening Club is named as above but is very inclusive and has no geographic boundaries! We have members coming from as far as Hasketon, Alderton, Aldeburgh and near Beccles.
The Club is open to everyone who has an interest in plants, gardens, open spaces and the environment including the creatures who inhabit them. Just take a look at the programme below!
Prior knowledge or expertise is not necessary – just an interest in learning about what interests you, becoming involved, meeting new people and seeing more places….
The Club involves:
• Regular well informed speakers on a wide range of topics and interests
• Seasonal visits to gardens and other places
• A summer Garden Party at a local garden
• Plant and seed sales at events and from speakers
• Social events
• Affiliation to the RHS including The Garden magazine for sharing
• Annual subscription only £15 or £5 per meeting

2025 update
“The more one gardens, the more one learns; and the more one learns, the more one realises how little one knows”
Vita Sackville-West
We are very proud to say that our Gardening Club is thriving and goes from strength to strength being given the opportunity to visit many gardens not usually open to the public and inviting very well known gardeners such as Fergus Garrett and Nick Bailey.
We are sure we will continue to develop having a very dedicated committee and very supportive members and guests.
